Fabric notes: Works best with 14-20 oz non-stretch sweatshirt fabric for main body.

For waistband, neckband, and cuffs use a heavyweight knit with at least 20% stretch and high recover (a return to its original width after being stretched). Ribbing knit is recommended but not required.
Elastic: 2” (5 cm) elastic for waistband, 3/4” (2 cm) elastic for ankles.
